Updated TOC for the new patch and the new arena point formulae.

After much consideration I've decided to name the project to KeeZ's Arena Stats (KAS) as I felt I've reworked all the code Imo had orginally made and added so many new things I didn't want to Imo to be affected by.

The ratings tooltip has been enchanced and now show the win ratio as well.

The slash command have now been changed to /kas from /iapc previously.

The arena stats function is now called by /kas stats

Futhermore I've optimised the checker for the stats function and removed unused code around the addon to reduce the size. Functions have been packed to reduce interference and I've added comments to just about everything.

A new points function have been added as well. /kas points xxx This function will calculate the amount of weeks it will take you to get xxx point including the arena points you already have.
