This is a minimal rewrite of KillsToLevel. It doesn't have support for Titan Panel, and isn't configurable.

I only updated the TOC, as far as I know the old version still works properly.

Didn't properly update the player's level when leveling up in the last version.
Stays hidden when moving to a new area.
Should automatically hide itself when reaching the maximum level for your expansion pack. (But of course, I haven't tested that.)
A kill's influence on the average decays exponentially with its age, allowing the estimate to quickly adapt to moving to a new area.
A really terrible looking configuration window, to allow you to make the counter look however you want. Type /k2l to see it.

Fixed the toggling of label text and icon being reversed on the first run for the titan panel plugin.
Error estimate was totally wrong. It's almost as if I didn't even look at it before I uploaded it.
Forgot to increase the version number in the last upload.
Added callbacks, in case any other addons happen to want to be alerted when the kill estimate changes.
ZIP files, for the retro archive enthusiasts among us.

No longer counts down only to count back up.
Stopped the frame from updating when not counting up or down.
Uses separate averages for experience gain while solo, in a party, and in a raid.
