1 - GUI module

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

A GUI, or options panel.  Yes, I know there is bloat with an options panel, which is why I think it should be separate.  However, with a lot of frames that you are hiding, grouping, and macro conditioning, it can get pretty hairy managing all that.  I will still use this without a GUI, but I think the addition of an OPTIONAL (LOD at the very least) one this could easily be in the top ten most downloaded addons.

The simplest GUI would be the best imo.  A section that displays all the frames that are managed (for easy deletion of frames), a section that manages your grouped frames, a section that manages your macro conditional frames, and a section that manages your combat preferences for each frame would be good and simple I believe.  

Please provide any additional information below.
