A simple Lagbar that you can move around. It will show you your current FPS and the current Latency (or Lag) that you are experiencing.

To Unlock/Lock the frame just right-click it using your mouse.

LagBar:
/lagbar reset - resets the frame position
/lagbar bg - toggles the background on/off
