This is a tool I used to find my average latency so I could optimize my gear to appropriately reach the correct threshold of haste.
It prints to chat your average latency across your current session every 30 seconds, along with the duration of the session.
This tool is uploaded for anyone looking for addon like I was, and I don't guarantee any future support for this addon whatsoever.
