- Updated TOC. - Fixed: Shouldn't disable/re-enable the Error Speech, cause that's set via the Sound options. I had to remove the lines in the lua because the addon kept on re-enabling the ErrorSpeech when I used /err1... (In other words, for those who have them enable, will still disabled when macro triggers (then enables again). for those who have them disabled will never be enabled again).

v1.3 - Optimized Code, and Updated to WotLK.

v1.2 - Removes the Sound of the Item/Spell when it fails due to the cooldown.

v1.1 - Hides the Text Message "The Item/Spell is not ready Yet!" due to the cooldown. Remove the Sound "I'ts not ready yet!" of the Character due to the cooldown.
