- adding support for LDB launcher-3: removing DBIcon completely checking for titan expressly
  no support to know what consumers exist and is very locked down
  in my case they want minimap, titan, or fubar/mini. to use the panels to not have minimap
  the way LDB is now i cant do that and know if a launcher exists to consume my obj, and..
  so is the reason for my lib to begin with, make it work out once

- adding support for LDB launcher-2: removing DBIcon
  is showing icon when there is a launcher registered, is a bug?
  using my own again exclusively when no other panels
  if want to see, just load omen with titan and no fubar, has same prob.
