Added help for turning green item auto-passing on in the help meny from typing /li or /lootignore

Added Heart of Darkness to the default list for items to auto-pass.

Fixed an error that would cause green items to be autopassed on even if LootIgnore was not activated. Green itempassing still had to be activated though.
