Background:
I got tierd of being spammed in raids when something dropped and grouploot was on when using Detailed Loot Info in interface options. So I studied some addons, read some Lua and then I wrote this, my first addon... So constructive critics would be good :).

Info:
Enables or disables the option "Detailed Loot information" if you are in a raid, party or just soloing in order to see other peoples rolls and still not get spammed. Access the addon menu with '/lis' or '/lootinfospam'.
Version 1.2b and onward is now localized to Traditional Chinese aswell as for english :) Thanks Kepi!

* Add ability to change behavior in group/bg/raid/solo. *Done*
* Ability to autopass on certain quality loot. *Done*
* Make the rolltext clickable so that you can see others rolls.
* Add option to hide "You have learned..." that is very annoying with dualspecc now.
