- Implemented changes made by the very helpful trell in the
  wowroster.net forums:

  Which (I think) fixes:

    * Looty itself :)
    * rogue slashes in items

- Added a new config option, "$showtooltip", to allow the javascript
  tooltip on mouseover to be turned off.
- Updated uses of $PHP_SELF to use $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] to avoid blank
  variables on servers without register_globals on
