There is no indicator for knockdown, which causes stun errors when trying to cast and applies a debuff.

- A specific example is Uppercut cast by Fel Overseer in Shadow Labyrinth, which results in a debuff with a knockdown icon. Off-hand, i do not recall the specific name on the tooltip. I have noticed this from other mobs elsewhere, also.
+ A specific example is Cabal Deathsworn. Casts spell 11428.
