1 - Target Icon Notification

example of what i would like to see in addon- messages to let ppl know what marks means what (sap,sheep,...),broadcast to wisp,/p and /ra chanells

radis charms does some of it,but i like lc2 better and if you can implement those changes it would be even better addon
