10 - CC Breaking Notification
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
-Alert user to a CC that gets broken by any means other than full duration.
-Possibly add ability to print this to Party/Raid....
-Maybe Add the ability for LC2 to be able to tell you which Charm was broken and not just the mob. (Might be harder than I'm thinking.)
