149 - Move the Cursor Tooltip Anchor

I want the tooltip to display under and to the right of my cursor - at the hilt of the sword or the wrist of the glove. I suppose this would mean being able to change which side or corner of the tooltip is anchored to the cursor, and being able to control the offset.

Can you do this?

    This is something we are definitely planning on adding when we get around to rewriting the Tooltip module.
