LUI Core

167 - Hotkeys not working

Submitted Via

Curse Client 4.0.1.112, Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1

Installed Version

3.6.6

Description

I updated to 3.6.6 today, and upon updating, and entering the game, I noticed that, dispite my attempts to fix, I am unable to press a button (for example 1..2..3.. etc) to use a spell on the action bar. Pressing "1" targets/untargets something, while the rest 2 through "=" do nothing, resulting in my having to click each spell rather than just press a button!

Installed Addons

_NPCScan - _NPCScan 4.3.0.1
AtlasLoot Enhanced - v6.05.00
Bartender4 - 4.4.20.1
Deadly Boss Mods - 4.10.2-r6763
Deadly Boss Mods - WotLK, BC and Vanilla mods - DBM-v4-r361 Old Content Mods
HealBot Continued - 4.3.0.0
LUI Core - 3.6.6
Recount - v4.3.0a release

Set your States for Bar 1 and then goto normal form, keybind the buttons with the LUI Tool and use "individual" binding. Now keybind your buttons of Bar1. Then goto Stealth form and do that again with the Stealth Bar State of Bar 1. Then reload and have a test.

Same thing is occurring with my LUI.

Hot keys are working on the Default Bar1 but are not working whenever I am in a vehicle (ie Drakes in Grim batol, Vehicles in tol Barad)

This is a fresh install and fresh configurations.

The only other addon I have installed is Wowhead Looter. Nothing else.

Deactivate AtlasLoot for testing, some users had problems with that addon. Maybe this help.

    Hi,

same problem on Warry an Rouge! Ive disabled all addons but Lui. Keybinds worked!

One of these addons must disturbe the keybind funktion! _NPCScan - _NPCScan 4.3.0.1 AtlasLoot Enhanced - v6.05.00 Deadly Boss Mods - 4.10.2-r6763 Deadly Boss Mods - WotLK, BC and Vanilla mods - DBM-v4-r361 Old Content Mods

I have double checked that and on my Rogue it is working perfectly. When you have trouble with that it could be that your config was damaged or something like this. Statebar keybinding and showing the shortcut info also works very fine.

    you read the changelogs?

with r430 or so you have to reassign your hotkeys, we know don't recycle the default bars, we create new ones, so you have to reassign your hotkeys using the libKeyBound utility

you find this under /lui -> Bars -> Hotkeys

It would appear, that with this recent update to LUI, that hotkeys are not properly being reassigned to the action bar for said stances/forms. Instead it appears the hotkeys are being forced to the default bar, no matter the stance, form, etc

This is happening on my warrior. On another note, on my druid, when I am out of form, the actionbar / hotkeys work fine, but when I shift into, say, bear form, and attempt to use my hotkeys, it will force me out of form, and start casting the out-of-form action assigned to said hotkey.
