Macaroon does have the highlighting feature :) It is an option in the main menu called "Text buff/debuff timers" and "Buff/Debuff Highlighting"

This is a pretty sweet addon. I was using Dominos which is a great addon but is limited (by design) in how many buttons are available.

If this mod could implement the buff/debuff highlighting like Dominos does, it would be amazing. If you haven't used it, what it does is if I have debuffs like Curse of Agony, Immolate, etc., the buttons for those spells on my action bars will have a border around them to indicate that they are active on my target. After they expire they go away.

I didn't realize how much I loved that feature until I started combat with Macaroon and didn't see those borders!
