4 - Mappy removes the WoW Objectives tracking window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable all addons on toon.
2. Exit WoW
3. Delete toon's WTF folder (new toon, didn't have anything to keep)
4. Lauch WoW
5. Select Mappy as only active addon for that toon
6. Log in toon
7. Attempt to track objective - FAIL (objective window doesn't even appear)
8. Log out toon
9. Deselect Mappy
10. Log back in toon
11. Attempt to track objective - WIN

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope

Please provide any additional information below.
If I attempt to click "track" on the Quest Log, I get the message "You don't have space to track any more objectives, stop tracking some first". However, I don't have any tracked. (assuming the objectives max is being set to zero thus can't track any more)
