MD Chatter announces Misdirect casts, and the threat recipient, to Raid, Party or Say. It also announces when Misdirect has faded.

By default, this addon will only take effect while the player is in a group. Additionally, it is only intended to announce the user's Misdirect casts... not the casts of other hunters in the party/raid.

Options are accessed through a slash command.
/mdchatter <cmd <opt>
/mdc <cmd> <opt>

<cmd> can be:
reset  --(Resets the addon to default settings)
toggle  --(toggles the addon, unless an <opt> is specified)

<opt> can be:
solo  --(Toggles output to SAY while not in a party)
party  --(Toggles output to PARTY while in a non-raid group)
raid  --(Toggles output to RAID while in a raid group)

ToDo:
-Automatically disable if current character is not a Hunter.
-Add a GUI for configuration.
  -Add options:
    -Customize the output to Chat.
    -Choose which channel to use (Raid Warning(if available)/Raid/Party/Yell/Say/Whisper) in various group settings.
    -Disable if out of combat.
