Change - Removed Active Scanning Option. This feature is always on now.
Change - Removed the Set Defaults button. It's not working at the moment and I wanted to get some fixes out there.
Change - Moved Options screen to Blizzard Addon Options.
Change - Main MBF options are now saved per account, the ignore, include, it's location, and the fubar settings are still saved per character

Known caveats
Dagassist will throw errors when gathered on the frame and the frame is hidden.
