Minimap Button Frame

3 - FuBar Plugin not embedded

MinimapButtonFrameFu has a hard dep on "libFubarPlugin-3.0". It should be "LibFubarPlugin-3.0" and should be included in packaging with LibFubarPlugin-3.0 as an optional dep.

    MBF no longer requires LibFubarPlugin-3.0 as the fubar and titan plugin have been discontinued, and MBF now supports LibDataBroker

    i had to goto curse to find this in the 3. version
