Change log

1. Added a few quick config menu options when you right click the Combat Record button on the main stats window 2. Added Average hit and Average Heal reports 3. Fixed error caused when someone takes a heal but with no usual source 4. Added damage/s, hits/s and heals/s (note this should be reasonably accurate for each client but is not a synced stat)
