14 - Long faction names extend beyond tooltip

If the faction name is longer than the name of the NPC and there is no data shown in the tooltip to extend the tooltip size enough, the faction name will extend beyond the size of the tooltip.  An easy example of this is Torvos in Shattrath.  He's kind of near the flight path there and is one of the repeatable quest guys.
