15 - Mod compatible to Mobspells and TipTac

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Could you plz make the Mod compatible to Mobspells and TipTac... because if both Addons activated the mobinfo tooltip is not shown.

Please provide any additional information below.
