23 - Make tooltips display again for patch 3.2

Since patch 3.2 came out, the tooltips no longer display... not the smaller tooltip or the normal tooltip.  It's not much use if it can't display the tooltips.

    Fixed in latest MobInfo2.

    Just a note for everyone... here's the fix:

    Open MobInfo3.lua in Interface\Addons\MobInfo3\ in notepad and search for (Ctrl-F):

    	local col = GetDifficultyColor(mobLevel)

    Replace it with:

    	local col = GetQuestDifficultyColor(mobLevel)
