25 - Only appears on mouse-over?

I have looked through all the options and don't see a way to disable the "appear on mouse-over" or more specifically it would be nice to have an "appear upon targetting" where MI info is displayed as long as the mob is targetted.

would be easier than trying to read a moving text box or a static textbox while trying to also keep your mouse on a mob.

maybe there would be seperate settings for the mouseover display AND the display upon targetting? both of which could be shown at the same time.

    Yes, there isn't a setting for this to remain up for the target. I agree that it would be a nice option.
