This mod is a re-design of ActionBarPageToggle by BrainChild.

1.) simplified code 2.) removed the secondary action bar

This is now a very lean, simple mod that on key press, allows you to toggle actionbar page down/page up via a blizzard keybinding.

If you are one page 1, on holding the keybinding button down, you view/use page 2 actions. If you are on page 3, on keypress you can view/use page 4. Releasing the key returns the action bar to it's original state. No re-binding necessary.

This mod has only been tested with 3.0.2 using default Blizzard action bars.
