MouseoverMarking is a simple addon that adds a few lines to your Key Bingings Interface. There, you will be able to set a hotkey to your raid markings (much like the normal raid markings hotkeys) that will function a little differently than normal.
Instead of the normal default blizzard marking hotkeys available, these will instead attempt to mark the target you are currently mousing over. If you are not mousing over a target at the time, the mark will function as it normally would and mark your current target. The other difference is that if you try to mark a target that is already marked with that icon (ie try to mark skull as skull) it will not clear the icon.
