208 - actionbonusbarframe

What is the issue?
there is a bar called actionbonusbarframe which seems to be part of the main bar but the problem is i can't move nor hide it.
the reason i want to hide it is because it overlaps my main, this problem only seems to exist on my warrior.

Please provide any additional information below.
