MA and LibExtraTip don't play nicely together. As this issue was reported earlier on WoWInterface I have already rewritten part of my tooltip handling, and though it still have a bug I will be including it in 11.3.3(the bug being that if LibExtraTip is loaded the first tooltip over a bag item aren't getting shown).
