Make the default unit frame movable. Just hold alt-key and drag the unitframe with your mouse left key. Lock the unitframe position automatically when you release.
if you want to reset the position to the default just locate to WTF/Account/Your-Account-Name/Your-Server-Name/Your-Charactor-Name/ and delete layout-local.txt
