3 - Investigate procs with no spell ID on wowhead

Some abilities, such as Hot Streak (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=44448) and Omen of Clarity (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=48525) doesn't list the spell id on wowhead. Or perhaps it does, only that the actual buff has different ranks. Gotta investigate that.

Status: Accepted - Problem reproduced / Need acknowledged.
Type: Enhancement - A change which is intended to better the project in some way
