8 - banish does not show in bars

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any time I cast banish I do not see a timer (used to work)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see no bar showing the timer for banish but i see other dots fine

What version of the product are you using?
9.0beta2

Do you have an error log of what happened?no

Released for 4.3 - please re-test and let me know. Limited time today and over this weekend has/will prevent me from testing this further but I've released it earlier rather than stalling it.
