What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgrade wow to most current
2. download install most current naz guild recruiter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After installing NGR 2.21b  and loading wow 4.20 when i get in-game i type /ngr msg Team bring its is Recruting ect.. <enter>  /ngr attune  <enter>  i should see Team Bring It is now attuned and naz guild recruiter is turning myself on now! then should spam my message within the lime limit .

Naz Guild Recruiter keeps my message and says that team bring it is attuned but doesn't spam my message

What version of the product and which wow version are you on? (ie is this on the ptr?)

Naz Guild Recruiter 2.21b  World of World Craft 4.2.0 (14480)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

What is the output of /ngr debugmessage?

it says

I have been using Naz guild Recruiter for a long time  I quit playing wow before the last patch NGR was still working now when i log in i don't get the message  naz guild recruiter has turned its self on even when i attune it just tells me that Team Bring It is now attuned but never says it is turning its self on and doesn't spam my msg
