What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logging into toon on sever with NGR enabled
2. OR, attempting to set up msg, spam frequency, and select zones to spam

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect my guild recruitment message to go out in city and zone, on 20 min intervals, but the message isn't being broadcast at all, and I'm getting constant lua errors, game UI freezes, and game crashing. If I disable the add-on, the game works just fine, without issue.

What version of the product and which wow version are you on? (ie is this on the ptr?)
WoW: 4.2.2.14545 and NGR: latest version - just downloaded it 10/22/2011
