192 - Always defaulted to Pink & Fear Icon

What is the problem? Please describe what is happening and how to reproduce it.
Upon login the item defaults to Pink and Fear Icon. Just reselect Blue and it resets. Also no sound messages as before.. Really liked those! lol!
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Do you have an error log of what happened?
Does the problem go away if you disable all addons except for Necrosis LdC?
No.
