25 - Infernal cooldown is wrong

What is the problem? Please describe what is happening and how to reproduce it.
The infernal Cool Down is wrong. It shows 60min, reproduce by casting infernal :)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well it gives a 60min cool down bar, I believe it should be 15min with the new patch.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope
Does the problem go away if you disable all addons except for Necrosis LdC?
