27 - Add Option to Disable Hidden Buttons

I've used Necrosis for years and I've always wondered why there is no option to disable the "hidden buttons".  You can adjust the size of them... show them so they can be moved... but nowhere in the options can you disable them.  This would be a really nice option because I don't need the buttons and it's always kinda bothered me that they insist on popping up on the screen when I don't need them to.

    Uncheck "warn me when my target cannot be feared"
