35 - Option to Disable Hidden Buttons

I created this ticket the other day but it got deleted.  Strange.  I am looking for an option to disable hidden buttons. (Banish, Fear, Enslave, etc.)  They clutter my UI and I don't need them, but the only option currently is to make them small and try to hide them.

    I would like this too. Currently, since I started out with macros and haven't been able to wean myself from them, I actually don't use those menus at all b/c they have so many extra things I don't need and can't get rid of.
