60 - Notification of target being at less than 25% health

Last rank of Drain Soul increases its damage by 300% if the target is at or below 25% health. It'd be nice if Necrosis warned me (via a shadowtrance-like button) when the target gets below 25%, so that I could switch to drain soul instead of shadowbolting.

    I will also add "Drain Soul" spell to the main sphere.
