86 - Ritual of Summoning changes

What is the issue?

Now that ritual of summoning works differently, Necrosis should be updated so that it does not require you to have a target in order to cast the Ritual of Summoning spell, and the summoning messages should be updated to ones that do not include the name of the target in the message.
