86 - Internal CD on debuff.

Hey, I'm trying to figure out a way I can track the internal CD for cauterize but it doesn't seem to pick on up it directly. It's be really nice if there was an option to add time to any bar so that I could just track the debuff, kinda like you can with the cast bar.

It wouldn't be too hard to allow "Internal Cooldown" to trigger off debuffs on the player as well as buffs on the player. Could you open a ticket on that? Makes it much easier to track the progress of the feature request. "

Would be very helpful for pvp.  The positive effect of the spell doesn't show up, you don't see anything until the debuff starts burning your hp away over 5 sec which I'm guessing is when the 1 min internal CD starts.
