9 - Weapon imbue bars disappear on teleport

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a bar to watch a weapon imbue
2. Cast the imbue, see the bar appear
3. Go through a raid portal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to still see the bar, but the bar disappears

What version of the product are you using?
2.8.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
