22 - NuN Can Not Create Item Link Notes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Alt+Left Click on an item or item link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previous version: Alt+Left Click on an item or item link would open a note for the item. I *believe* it would also insert a link into a note.
Current version: Alt+Left Click does nothing. At all. Period. Even if I change the binding to something else, such as Alt+Right or Alt+Middle, still nothing.

What version of the product are you using?
NotesUNeed_6.64.40000

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors were generated.

Please provide any additional information below.
Have you accounted for the fact that item links now contain extra data in them, reflecting their reforged status? I remember that being an issue in LootLink.
