create and manage text notes ingame in a questlog like frame. Right-click the title to change it. Your text is saved automatically. Drop items in your text.

With this addon you can create and manage text notes ingame. Recipes, todos, all your text notes are saved and every character of your account can see and edit them.
- items can be dragged into the text
- item links have game tooltip
- todo status
- move the frame with [ctrl] + right mouse button
- define a key binding to open/close the frame
- type /note or /notes into the chat to open/close the frame
- insert quest infos
- send messages to guild, group, raid, battleground or as whisper
- broker support (e.g. Titan Panel now can include a Notes-Button)

The issue is probably that the font in the editbox doesn't have glyphs for Cyrillic characters. You would have to intentionally have added code to strip out non-Latin characters in order for someone to actually not be able to type in Cyrillic, and I doubt you did that (though I haven't looked). The same goes for Korean and Chinese; unless your code specifically alters the normal functionality of an editbox, you can type any character at all into it.
