1 - Return of Glow

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

The thing that is keeping me from upgrading from the version I use (and I have no bugs or errors with v1) is the glow. I cannot play without it. I tried to update and use the pulse animation, but it just doesn't do it for me. Do you think you could readd the glow animation (the one that goes outside the button when a cooldown is done with that white star swirl animation) with it's slider bar for how strong the glow is? I personally like setting it to full glow and watching my screen flash all white occasionally, but mainly that thing grabs my attention more than anything else when a cooldown has expired.
