  Also hoping that...some day soon...this will be updated to use the modern Ace3 framework instead of the obsolete, no longer maintained Ace2. Used this for the longest time until Cataclysm hit. As it was always among the most reliable announcing mods of its type.

  But this soon became the only mod was still using that used Ace2. Decided to stop loading that framework, FuBarPlugin-2.0, Tablet-2.0 and other obsolete libraries for only this mod when there are more modern options available for this mod type.

  Yes, long time mods using Ace2 for localization can be switched to the AceLocale-3.0 system instead. For options, most modern mods hook into the Blizzard "Addons" options panel instead of creating their own option dropdowns/menus/frames. Which can be facilitated with AceConfig-3.0, AceGUI-3.0 and so on. Or heck, no libraries at all.

  So hoping that once the announces are stabilized, moving to Ace3 could be looked into.

  OptiTaunt only uses Ace2 for localization and the options menu. The core is independent.

  And as I stated on the curse AddOn page:

  I currently out of time to recode locs and options, life's more important.

  If anyone wants to contribute a Ace3 version, contact me on curse.

  Until the end of my exams and vacation job in the middle of August there will be no recoding process.
