28 - Integrate stat weightings

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Outfitter's ability to create sets based on stats is great, but it would be far more powerful if you could extend it to create sets based on stats weighted by Pawn (or some other addon, though ItemValue seems moribund).  The compose sets menu would have a Pawn sub-menu listing each of the currently defined Pawn weightings.

Please provide any additional information below.

If you can interface to Pawn, you don't have to reinvent the wheel and neither does the user.  Pawn weighting strings can be easily imported and exported, so your addon gets that boost of utility from the weight strings that Pawn users have already developed.
