44 - Sigils unequipping during presence switch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 I have a DK on the Aggramar server, and every time I switch her presence from Blood to Frost, or back her sigil unequips and does not reequip

What version of the product are you using? 4.7.3

Do you have an error log of what happened? no

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried deleting the Outfitter's lua files in the wtf folders as this is a behaviour that sometimes tells me that those files are bugged.  This however has not been the case and did not resolve the issue.  I have also tried to disable the automation script for the accessories change for the three presences listed and this did not solve the problem either.  I'd disable the script, and then close outfitter and change presence and my sigil would still unequip.

    Does this still happen on 4.8 beta? I haven't gotten any other reports of this so I'm wondering if it was a transient problem
