What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When clicking an outfitter line in the slide-out panel i sometimes get the following error:
2. OutfitterEquipment.lua line 575:
   bad argument #2 to 'band' (number expected, got nil)
3. After that Outfitter is non-functional... and the sound effects get turned off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Switch of outfit instead of error.

What version of the product are you using?
latest: 4.9b4
