115 - Improved Soul Fire

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Be a destruction warlock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Before, the Destruction script would prompt you to hardcast Soul Fire when the buff is soon to expire. Now it does not except when soulburn is up. Not sure if this is intentional or not, if it is then feel free to delete this ticket, that way I know

    The default Destruction warlock script only recommends hard-casting Soul Fire outside of having Soul Burn up if you have the Improved Soul Fire talent. Does your spec have Improved Soul Fire?
